I AM EMPLOYABLE SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

Definitions
Throughout this document, the following terms have the following meaning:

a) I AM EMPLOYABLE means I AM EMPLOYABLE Pty Ltd as Trustee for the I AM EMPOYABLE TRUST (ABN 95 793 437 453), and the terms ‘our’, ‘we’ and ‘us’ are used throughout this document refers to I AM EMPLOYABLE and the ‘I AM EMPLOYABLE Service’ it provides;

b) “Our Websites” means the websites http://www.I AM EMPLOYABLE.com and/or http://www.I AM EMPLOYABLE.com.au;

c) User refers to any person who has access to the I AM EMPLOYABLE Service either as a guest or through an account and the terms ‘you’, ‘your’ are used throughout this document to refer to the User;

d) The “I AM EMPLOYABLE Service” refers to the service being provided by I AM EMPLOYABLE through various methods which include Our Websites, our mobile applications and any other lawful and unlawful access of the I AM EMPLOYABLE Services through any interface we may develop.

USER OBLIGATIONS AND WARRANTIES

1. Users are personally responsible for the content they publish online either on the I AM EMPLOYABLE website or any social networking website within which or upon which they refer to the I AM EMPLOYABLE WEBSITE, in a blog, social networking site or any other form of user-generated media. Users will be mindful that what they publish will be public for a long time and they will take adequate measures to protect their privacy and warrant that they use their best endeavours to ensure that they will not place the I AM EMPLOYABLE website or service under disrepute by posting content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, insulting, discriminatory, misleading and deceptive or otherwise disrespectful.

2. The posting and presence of content on any social media website of content by any User in relation to or in regards to the I AM EMPLOYABLE website does not necessarily mean that we agree with the content, warrant its accuracy or otherwise approve of it.

3. If a user is contacted via any form of social media and they have shown any type of connection, link, affiliation or membership to I AM EMPLOYABLE, they will make it clear to the third party that any communications they make are on their own accord and not on behalf of I AM EMPLOYABLE. Any discussions in respect of the I AM EMPLOYABLE related matters such as products or services is expressly prohibited unless express permission has been granted to the User by the owners of the I AM EMPLOYABLE service.

4. Users irrevocably and unconditionally agree that they will not publish any content online, to include on any social media website that references or refers to the I AM EMPLOYABLE website or service without a relevant disclaimer that states "The postings on this site are my own and don't necessarily represent I AM EMPLOYABLE's views, positions, strategies or opinions”.

User Warranties

5. Users agree and warrant that they will not to engage in any communication or publish any material online, to include on any social networking website, in respect of the I AM EMPLOYABLE website or its service which may be:

a) Illegal;
b) Defamatory;
c) Offensive, insulting or controversial;
d) an impersonation or which may state a  false affiliation with the management
or owners of the I AM EMPLOYABLE website;
e) Misleading and deceptive;
f) Disrespectful to us or members and users of our service, such content including but not being limited to slurs, discriminatory remarks, personal insults, obscenity or any similar conduct that would not be appropriate or acceptable; or which may potentially expose I AM EMPLOYABLE to any civil and criminal liability.

6. Users agree to be aware of their association with I AM EMPLOYABLE in online social networks. I AM EMPLOYABLE users will ensure that their profile and related content does not breach any of the warranties stipulated within this Policy.

7. Users agree to respect any private and confidential information of other members of the I AM EMPLOYABLE website that Users may gain access to as a result of use of the I AM EMPLOYABLE website. Users agree not to disclose any private or confidential information of other members of the I AM EMPLOYABLE website that they may gain access to as a result of access to the I AM EMPLOYABLE website unless there is prior express written authority and permission has been provided by the other Users. 

8. Users are prohibited from publishing or using the I AM EMPLOYABLE logos or trademarks in any online publication or communication, and they warrant they will not do so.

Indemnity

9. To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify us and protect us from any loss or damage suffered by:

a) Us as a result of any posts, communications and publications related to the I AM EMPLOYABLE website that the user is responsible for; and
b) Any party as a result of reliance on any content you post related to or in respect of the I AM EMPLOYABLE website or service.
